Full payment, including any shipping fees, must be cleared for the order to proceed. Failure to pay in full or any payment issues may result in order suspension or cancellation. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer and EFTPOS.


By making a payment, you confirm you have read and agreed to any relevant third-party payment processor terms. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services; please contact them directly for assistance.


3. DISCOUNTS AND COUPON CODES

Discounts or coupon codes may be offered occasionally. They cannot be combined with other promotions and are valid for the stated period or seven (7) days from the offer's commencement, or until stock lasts, whichever comes first. Discounts and codes apply to full-priced items only unless specified. Coupon codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to revoke offers or codes without notice.



4. STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be issued at our discretion and can be used exclusively for product purchases on our Website (not for shipping fees). You must have an account to receive and use store credit, which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, including partial balances.



5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within Australia using various service providers.


a) Rates

You agree to pay the shipping fees as calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update shipping fees by posting changes on the Website.


b) Dispatch Timeframes 

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment receipt. Handling times may vary, particularly during peak periods.


c) Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the delivery service provider. We will provide estimated delivery times when possible but are not liable for any delays.


d) Delivery Address 

Ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or failed deliveries due to address errors. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned undelivered items.


e) Lost Orders 

Contact us promptly if you believe your order is lost or misdelivered. We will investigate but do not guarantee responsibility for lost orders. Liability is limited to any compensation recovered from the delivery provider, minus investigation costs.


f) Risk 

Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your nominated address. If you authorize an unattended delivery or someone else signs for the delivery, the order is considered delivered. If we accept returned goods, risk reverts to us upon confirmation of receipt.


6. EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL

We are not liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, service provider failures). We may cancel or delay orders during such events and will contact you if delays are expected.

8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

For minor failures, repairs or replacements will be provided. We exclude all other warranties and liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Remedies include:
