Oz Star Caravans Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Oz Star Caravans Referral Program allows existing customers (“Referrers”) to earn a commission for referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) who make a qualifying purchase of an eligible caravan. This program runs until 31st January 2025.

2. Eligibility

- This program is open to current customers of Oz Star Caravans who are aged 18 years or older.

- Referred Customers must be new to Oz Star Caravans and must not have previously made a purchase or been in contact regarding a purchase.

3. Commission Structure

- $1,000 for each successful referral of an 11 ft, 15 ft, 17.5 ft or 20 ft caravan.

4. Referral Process

- Referrers must submit referrals through email or a phone call, providing the necessary details of the Referred Customer.

- Referrals must be submitted before the Referred Customer completes their purchase.

- Referred Customers must mention the Referrer’s name and contact information at the time of purchase.

5. Validity of Referrals

- To be considered valid, the Referred Customer must complete a purchase of an eligible caravan before 31st January 2025.

- The Referrer will only be eligible for a commission if the Referred Customer’s purchase is confirmed and paid in full.

- Commission will be processed after the cooling-off period for the purchase has passed and all return or cancellation options have been exhausted.

6. Payment of Commission

- Commissions will be paid via bank transfer within 14 days after the validation of the Referred Customer’s purchase.

- Referrers are responsible for any tax implications related to the receipt of their commission.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

- Referrals must comply with local and federal marketing laws and should not be misleading.

- Self-referrals or referrals within the same household are not allowed.

- Oz Star Caravans reserves the right to disqualify any referral deemed to be in breach of the program terms.

8. Modification and Termination

- Oz Star Caravans reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

- Any changes will be communicated via email.

9. Acceptance of Terms 

Participation in the referral program constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Exclusions

- The referral program does not include purchases of clearance items. Only eligible, non-clearance caravans qualify for the referral commission.
